Block Party Brings Hanawalt Community Together!

The Hanawalt Block Party is an annual event that brings our school community together every year. It was held at Hanawalt on Friday, September 16th. It was a good chance for the whole community of Hanawalt to come together, enjoy each other’s company, and have fun. There was a book fair, giant slide, obstacle course, cake walk, pizza eating, dancing and appearances by Roosevelt cheerleaders and dance teams. Guests enjoyed food and desserts, and giant snow cones. All students and staff received a free Hanawalt shirt which was sponsored by the wonderful Hanawalt PTA!  Check out the action in all the wonderful pictures!
