Kindergarten hosts a publishing party for young authors

The kindergartners at Hanawalt had a publishing party were they celebrated their books that they were both authors and illustrators! Parents, grandparents, siblings, classmates and teachers were invited to hear the author led read-alouds. Turnout was great for the all the new authors. They all received an award for doing so well and for becoming published authors. It was a huge success with lots of smiles. Thank you to everyone who attended.
